I was responsible for supporting customers with their online accounts, billing, taking payments and managing direct debits, and meter technical issues. Providing an end-to-end service across social media, telephone, and email channels. As well as managing complaints according to regulator guidelines.

I was responsible for providing complete support across the store. This included; providing efficient and accurate order delivery, cooking food to the required standards, maintaining health and safety, stock monitoring and replenishment, regular cleaning, and banking process at the end of the day.

International Training Coordinator, loveLife Generation | July 2014 - November 2019

I was responsible for the management and delivery of international training courses. This included planning and preparation of budgets in excel & quickbooks. Then working on travel reimbursement with stakeholders, processing invoices from freelancers and suppliers, and maintaining records for audit.  There was in before working with educational professionals on the program of activities, coordination with international stakeholders on accommodation, travel, and venues.  At the end of a programme I was responsible for providing analysis and reports to stakeholders.

I was responsible for administrating to the Youth Service participant database, working with youth centres to maintain and update personal details and attendance records of young people. This included developing a unified approach across different sites, managing records, collating data, and reporting on trends and analysis.

Parking & Traffic Supervisor | LOCOG (London 2012) | July 2012 – September 2012

My responsibilities were to supervise the dynamic parking and traffic arrangements, and coordinate a team of 16 marshals in implementing the arrangements for the athletes village. My greatest achievement was to oversee the secure and efficient arrival of over 50 national Olympic teams and several international dignitaries.

I was responsible for managing the office of this small media training company. Opening and a closing the office, maintaining records and archives, invoicing and payments across many projects, and Executive Assistance to the Managing Director. In addition to this, I was also responsible for providing administrative support for training courses, managing agreements and liaising with stakeholders.

This included; checking strict and qualification based application criteria, organising and reporting to approval committees, managing the approval or rejection process, whilst supporting existing members with queries in person and online.
